Return any unsatisfactory item within 10 days, for exchange, refund (cash purchase), credit (charge purchase), or different merchandise. Please include the packing list (or a copy) and provide instructions as to your wishes.

Selected items are not returnable. Among these are special orders, personalized or monogrammed items, swimwear, and underwear. Altered or worn merchandise is not subject to exchange or return.
